Of all the albums in this particular column of the pile, this is the one so far I have been most excited to be reminded that it exists and that I still own it.  There have been bands I've written about that I like more before now, there have been albums already reviewed which are loaded with more meaning.  When I saw this was coming up today, I said "Oh shit, I'd forgotten about this album, I'm so psyched to listen to it again".  Spoilers, this album still rules. Listen to me here .  No, seriously this time, if you've not heard this album before, listen to it.   Dashboard!  I said in my Linkin Park post that my desire to listen to Collision Course  originally made me want to write about mashup albums, but instead I ended up listening to the entire Linkin Park discography.  Well, I did that, and I still wanted to write about mashup albums, so here we are. Dashboard! Hey, remember when these posts weren't 4000 words long and instead of covering 15 albums at once, I did a  more manageable five?  Well, we are back, but only because I'm trying to manage my time well.  Its Good Friday, the start of a 4 day weekend here, and I have plans for 3 of those 4 days in the books already, which means I'm both unlikely to get much album listening done between now and Sunday, and also that I'm unlikely to have a lot of time to write up a weekly wrapup this week either because hopefully I'll be spending most of Sunday playing board games with my friends.
